Who Is Ann Campbell?

I have been a Realtor for approximately 15 years. Prior to that our family drilled water wells which has been very helpful in assisting clients in purchasing properties that either need wells or have wells that need to be tested. I am still involved in water development which you can read about on the page called “One of My Passions”. I have lived primarily in Lake, Mendocino & Humboldt Counties so I am familiar with this whole area. It's so beautiful and a joy to have the privilege to live and work here.

My goal in real estate is to “put your needs first”. Selling and buying a house can be a very emotional transition with time pressures, decision making and for most people it is the biggest purchase you make. I believe that I can help you through this important process. I feel that I can be patient. I work hard to listen to your needs and desires to help you find the right place or in selling be sensitive to issues that are critical to you.

Over the years I have made so many wonderful friends because of this profession and the time we spend together searching for a home or selling a property. It's a journey this is rewarding and the relationships have also been rewarding to me.
